Practice at this level is from novice to proficient practice. In this role you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, however at all times you will retain responsibility for your actions and remain accountable in providing nursing care.To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as an enrolled nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. In order to administer medicines, must have completed a Board-approved program of study which includes an administration of medicines unit.The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working including part-time.
