This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners with special educational needs.Details of the Mainstream SEN TA role:Positions available on a Full/ Part time basisPrevious experience working with children, preferably within a primary school settingSituated in Brent, LondonRates of Pay: £85 - 110 per dayEnhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).As a Mainstream SEN TA you will be required to:Providing one-on-one or small group support to SEN students in the classroomPassion for working with children with special educational needsAssisting the class teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)Creating and adapting learning resources to meet the diverse needs of studentsPromoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being among studentsCollaborating with the SENCO and external specialists to develop effective strategiesAs a Mainstream SEN TA within Primary schools in Brent, you will be working closely with students who require additional support. Your role will involve assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment, tailored to the specific needs of SEN students.
