Company DescriptionReservation AgentFull time, permanent roleThe Hoxton is getting ready to open its doors in Florence, capital of Italy’s Tuscany region and home to some of the world’s most famous masterpieces of Renaissance art, architecture and monuments. This eye-candy city is packed with culture and is the birthplace of gelato – we did not need any persuading to make it our second home in the country.The Hoxton in Florence will feature 161 beautiful bedrooms of varying sizes, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop and courtyard. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. We want to be more than that: proving style doesn’t need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do…Manage new and existing individual rooms reservations through telephone, email, and website reservations.Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.Keep an eye on our booking channels.Maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities.Work with corporate clients/bookers and agents.Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.Communicate with the front office and restaurant teams to facilitate the guests’ stay.Work closely with the revenue and sales team to ensure rooming lists are correctly entered and revenue objectives are met.QualificationsWhat we’re looking for…Individuals.
