We are an organisation that champions flexibility, with opportunity to grow and be supported with continuous learning and development.What you will be doingThe Account Manager is responsible for (1) maintaining and growing our existing book of business, (2) build strong relations with new contacts at the local offices of a list of global subscribers, and (3) proactively providing support and leading with insights to embed Euromonitor as their key solution provider. This is a proactive, activity driven role where success is ultimately measured in activities completion rate and revenue growth. The Account Manager must be confident and self-motivated, and keen to work closely with clients and drive the commercial agenda.This is a great opportunity for someone to influence the decision making and strategy of some of our biggest clients in the corporate space.How you'll be doing itSecure contract renewal and grow revenue for each client.Develop client relationships by:Understanding client's organisation, strategy, and priorities, through extensive mapping and strategic planning, growing a network of users, growing usage, successfully convey benefits of our products and Euromonitor's methodology and developing a partnership-style relationshipProviding expert research support to all clients through detailed understanding of Euromonitor's product portfolio and research methodologyEncouraging more usage/users and information sharing to allow more client participation in our researchProvide support to your list of local and global accounts which include but not limited to:Solving queriesTraining users in-person and/or via online demonstrationsDeveloping new usersCollecting value storiesHandling registration and solving login issuesCooperating with our Client Consultants to generate more consulting leadsWorking with our Client Consultants to upsell Passport product subscriptionCollaborate with industry teams by:Developing our product offering to meet the changing needs of our client baseLeveraging research and industry expertise into the client baseEffective internal coordination and willingness to learn from your management to identify gaps and development opportunitiesWhat you'll needA self-starter attitude who can work well within an ambitious and dynamic teamNetworking, strategic, and structured communication skills to uncover new opportunities and deepen client relationshipsTenacity, drive, commercial awareness, persuasive and negotiation skills to progress and close dealsTo be target oriented with the ability to meet both revenue and activity target monthly and annuallyThe ability to manage workload across all clients, balancing proactive commercial activities with reactive client supportExcellent communication and presentation skillsRight to work in Australia, role is based in Sydney#LI-HYBRIDBenefits:International: not only do we have a very multinational workforce in each office, dealing with our 16 offices worldwide daily.A nurturing culture promoting flexibility and accountability: Providing a culture for ambitious team members to grow in their career having appropriate work-life balance is critical in our values.
