Together, let's create a nurturing environment where every child's potential can flourish.What is the job role?We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join our Childrens Disabilities team on a permanent basis working 22.5 hours per week.You will be responsible for leading plans for children with complex needs and disabilities. Children and families will be allocated by a team manager which may include complex case assessments and supervision, including planned intensive interventions of looked after children, parents, carers, child protection, and children in need.You will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and reviewing of plans within multi-agency meetings relating to the assessed complex needs of children, young people, and their families.
