As part of our occupier fit-out team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile Project Management commissions for law firms and legal clients across the private and public sectors. Project values will range from £20 million to £80 million.ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Director, you will be responsible for:Being part of Turner & Townsend’s occupier fit out teamLeading Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for end to end service deliveryProviding support on major Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service deliveryEstablishing the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parametersLeading on compliance for quality, safety, health and environment issues on project commissionsLeading on establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout projectLeading on Project planning, including producing the detailed project planLeading on advising upon the procurement of resourcesLeading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project teamLeading on the monitoring and applying performance management techniquesLeading and advising upon project financesLeading and advising on Contract Administration processes, claims resolution and disputesManaging the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communicationsPreparing formal project progress and other reportsTaking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesLeading on bids, responsible for business development and running a small teamQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architectureExperience working with Law firms/Legal settingExperience at a Senior Management positionIdeally a member of a professional body i.e. RICS, APM, CIOBIdeally you will have worked with leading consultanciesExperience of delivering CAT A / CAT B office projectsDelivered and lead teams on schemes in excess of 60,000 sqftAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
