This is your opportunity to work in a TOP growing call center in Canada, utilize your experience, and enjoy working in a rich culture!Position - Customer Care RepresentativeIndustry - Professional services (Financial, HR and Healthcare)Location - Work from HomeSalary - $20/hrFull time and long term opportunity starting as of August 2024Hours of Operation:Monday - Friday (No weekends)Between 7am -11pm EST (8 hours shift)Types of calls:Healthcare and benefits, calling about retirement plans and other benefits, absence calls, updating account information, short and long term disability related inquiriesCalls can be difficult/frustrated customersBe empathetic to the callerAdvantagesOne of the fastest growing call centers in CanadaOpportunity to expand your experience in call center/customer service experienceGreat work culture & work/life balanceOngoing coaching career development, rewards and recognition, performance bonuses and community involvement opportunitiesResponsibilitiesHandling a high volume of customer inbound callsProviding excellent customer service and being customer focused.Answer questions, provide education, and solve HR and financial issues related to the customer's health care benefits, and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etcProcessing transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, etcCreating and updating files in the database and communicating with third parties to research and assist the customer with updates or inquiries.Meeting KPIs and targets on a daily basis.Attention to detail is essential for this positionBeing tech savvy and using your computer navigation skills to navigate a robust set of tools/systems - navigating between multiple screens, systems, and applications to provide answers and support while also managing a live interaction with the customer. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.QualificationsA minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in customer serviceExcellent english communication skillsA self starter with the passion and ability to provide the highest level of customer care and satisfactionGood computer and system navigation skills with the ability to multitaskAbility to be flexible, adaptable and dependable in a constantly changing, fast-paced environmentAbility to receive and immediately apply constructive feedback.Flexibility to work a special schedule and extend hours as necessaryMust be able to pass a criminal background checkPrefer to have worked either in HR, Financial or Health Care IndustryBring your own device. Windows computers only! You are responsible for your own equipment which requires a Windows computer, mouse and a headset.
