6-month curricular Internship in Finance Data Services-Starting in September 2024Who we're looking forWe are looking for an enthusiastic Student/Intern to join our Finance Data Services (FDS) team in the Luxembourg Finance department. This data is consolidated into a central data repository and is used in multiple Finance Operations processes such as revenue allocation, rebates calculation, billing, Group AUM reporting and operational reporting. The team ensures the data quality by conducting thorough data checks and controls. The same data is used to support Group operational and MI needs in multiple other functions such as Distribution and Investment.What you’ll doAs an intern in Finance Data Services, you will be involved in the following projects:Data aggregation via new data feeds and the enhancement of data integration functionalitiesData breakdown implementationSpecific internal ProgramsAs part of these projects, your responsibilities will include:Data analysis, Reconciliations, Implementation and Process documentationAd-hoc analysis and projects, supporting group initiativesReconciliationsWork with mapping tables, cross-coding and data set migrationsDaily data checks and data set-ups from global locationsStatic data administration by using several systems, but also MS Excel / AccessThe knowledge, experience and qualifications you needA background in Engineering, Economics, Accounting and/or FinanceFluent English both written and oral – additional European language skills would be of benefitGood organizational skills and computer literacy in ExcelWhat you'll be likeAnalytical thinkerInitiative takerStrong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCurious with a can-do attitudeUltimately, we can teach what you need to know about Data Management we just need you to bring your drive, passion and enthusiasm to make the most of the opportunity to start building your career.Recruitment process1.
