We are happy when our clients are fully satisfied, and we are even more proud when they tell others about it.State-of-the-art technology and processes, coupled with our individual and honest customer service - that is our Art of Fund Business.And that’s what we want to extend, so we're looking for YOU, aTEAM LEADER ACCOUNTINGYOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLead our three-member accounting teamEnsure proper conduct of all proceedings in the financial accounting department of ifsam S.A. such as closing procedures, financial reporting, consolidated accounting, CSSF reporting and taxesGo for innovative approaches to continuously optimizing workflowsIncrease efficiency of business processes by prompting digitalizationInitiate and accompany inter-divisional projectsAct as a sparring partner for the management: Support in strategical planning and development of financial tools and proceduresProvide ad-hoc reporting and evaluations relating to all financial issuesBe the contact person for tax advisor, audit, authorities and law firmsYOUR PROFILEYou hold a university degree in economics with focus on finance and accounting or equivalentYou have extensive experience in financial accounting including monthly / yearly closing procedures, consolidated accounting and corporate taxesThanks to your strong presentation skills, methods expertise and mediation competence, you are confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholdersYou pay attention to detail and constantly focus on quality and efficiencyProblem-identification isn’t difficult for you, as you always work solution-orientedTight deadlines and working under pressure don’t put you off your strideFluency in English and German is an essential requirement, any other language is considered as an advantageIf you believe this is a challenge for you – send your application to hr@ifsam.lu!Curious about more information on ifsam?
