Our guiding motto is leading with integrity, empowering people, delivering outcomes.Job Description:Answer residents' call lights to determine needsTurn and reposition residents while they are in bedProvide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercisingReview dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate dietRecord food and liquid intake and output as necessaryReporting changes in resident condition to nursing staffRequirements:Possess a current CNA certification in good standingEffectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.Able to make decisions independently when warrantedReliable, kind, hard-workingUnderstanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long-term careCascades at Riverwalk
