Job Description
Our Delta Operations team is looking for a Manager - Senior accountant for our fasts growing activities with our client.The primary focus of this role will be on Opex accounting, including handling invoices and performing bank account reconciliations.The Senior accountant will have the following responsibilities:Managing the Opex accounting process, including the accurate and timely processing of invoices.Performing bank account reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.Assisting in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Preparing financial reports and statements, providing insights and analysis on Opex expenditures.Maintaining organized and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.Assisting with other accounting tasks as required to support the finance team during the transition period.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of Opex accounting processes.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle financial data accurately and efficiently.Solid knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong ability to perform data manipulation and efficiently utilize filters.Knwoledge of BOB 50 is manadatoryKnwoledge of SAP is a strong assetLicense or Master qualification in accounting, finance or equivalentEnglish and French speaking are mandatory, additional language is considered as an advantage.BenefitsPermanent contractDynamic and innovation environmentTrainingsCompetitive salary packageDelta Consulting Company
