You'll be joining an Enterprise Sales Team that focuses on customers with 500+ employees and you will be a key player in our new sales strategy for Freshworks CX products. You'll be responsible for identifying new CX opportunities, creating an end-to-end sales lifecycle, and selling the Freshworks CX suite of products to new logo customers in your territory.Key ResponsibilitiesSell the CX Freshworks suite of products to new logo customers in your territoryIdentify new CX opportunities and create end-to-end sales lifecycle through direct and field outreach campaignsCollaborate with your Business Development Manager (BDM) to tier your accounts and prospect them via tailored and relevant outreach campaigns (social, email, and cold calling)Build, develop, and manage your sales pipelineLead and communicate effectively with other departments, such as business development, marketing, and pre-sales, throughout the sales processTravel to customer locations and marketing events as neededCommit to continuous improvement and constant learningQualificationsDo you have 5-7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including 3-5+ years experience in selling CX products (Customer Experience/Customer Services)?
