At Eram Talent, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Casual Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Casual Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's restaurant and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead the restaurant staff during casual dining shiftsEnsure adherence to restaurant policies and proceduresTrain and develop staff members to deliver outstanding customer serviceOversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures and shift changesMaintain a clean and organized dining area, including regular inspectionsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional mannerCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparationMonitor inventory levels and place orders as neededHandle cash transactions and perform cash register reconciliationsComply with health and safety regulations and guidelinesRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industryExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaintsKnowledge of casual dining operations and service standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with POS systems and cash handlingAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsFlexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday availabilityFluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plusEram Talent
