Working with a team of nurses who provide care in the community, we have passion for solution focussed patient care out in the field. We work both independently and untied together. We offer a holistic approach to care, whilst evaluating all aspects of care in the home environment achieving a great outcome to all patients every day. We also offer care within our clinic facility to patients who we are unable to visit at home ensuring they too get the same level of care. We welcome applications from people who are experienced in providing consumer directed care (CDC) and evidenced based nursing care, such as wound care, under the supervision of supervision and delegation of a registered nurse. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia2. Currently registered as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency and current NSW driver's license (Class C or above) in order to attend client’s home with provided car.3. Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team4. Demonstrated computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system.5. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development6. Demonstrated effective communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.7. Demonstrated customer service and patient centered approach to care.8.
