Or maybe you are looking for something to top up the family finances.Home Instead are in need of weekend Care Professionals to join our team. We are recruiting individuals or can spare anything from 1 hour up to 6 hours per day, peak times are mornings, lunch and evening dinners.You may want to work every weekend or just alternative. We are a flexible employer who will consider every applicant on an individual basis. You would tell us what you can do, and we will assign you a client match in the area we cover. For us its about getting someone who fits in well with the team and can cultivate a special working relationship with our service users.Job DescriptionYou would be trained to deliver private care packages for people living across Northwest Kent. We match you to clients based on your availability, personality and actively encourage you to foster a genuine relationship. Services will include companionship, helping with their personal hygiene routines, making sure they are maintaining a balanced diet, assisting with administering medication, shopping, light housekeeping, and anything in-between. Services are tailored to the client and their routines.You will visit your client for no less than one hour and work off a set activity list bespoke to them. However, Home Instead are different from other providers as we want you to bring in your own special touch to enlighten the lives of our elderly community. Do not worry if you have never done care before, you will receive full training and shadowing a senior in the field before you start.QualificationsFull training provided & shadowing a senior before you go it alone.Additional InformationLocation: Although we like to keep you working as close to home as possible, however please be aware our clients are situated across the following postcodes: BR5, DA14, BR8, DA4, DA3, DA13, TN15, & TN14.Salary: rate of £13 per hour.
