R&R has developed and deployed some of the largest technology solution offerings in the industry.Level 2 Technicians needed for an ongoing project! Project consists of installing Server and Hardware Refresh at customer locations across the United States. As a Traveling Field Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of technical systems and equipmentLow Voltage Experience required. Must have a desire to travel extensively throughout the U.S, work flexible hours, and be dispatched for length of project. We are located in Gravette, AR, and all roll-outs are based from our headquarters. Applicants are responsible for travel expenses to get to Gravette, AR and back home at conclusion.You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure the proper functioning of systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.On-site Installation and Setup:Travel to different field locations to install and set up technical equipmentEnsure that installations are completed according to specifications and meet quality standardsConduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performanceDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, performing repairs as neededCollaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex problemsDocumentation:Maintain accurate records of equipment installations, maintenance activities, and repairsPrepare detailed reports on service visits, including findings and solutions implementedMust have valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record that allows the employee to safely drive Company owned vehicle while deployedQualifications3-5 years of experience in a similar field technician roleAbility to quickly and accurately install Point of Sale (POS) systems and Network HardwareProficient in diagnosing and repairing technical equipmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical individualsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to think quickly and make decisions in high-pressure situationsEducation and Experience:High school diploma or GED is required.Low voltage and Cat 5 experience required3 years' verifiable experience in structured cabling and network hardware installations preferred.Advanced computer skills.Pay Rate:Paid per site completed - Average $1,250 per weekTravel time paid at $15.60 per hourTraining time paid at $18.60 per hourPer Diem $40.00 per dayR&R Solutions values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBT individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
