This includes scheduling & production of jobs by your assigned painter crews. The staffing, needed training, and hourly production of your assigned painter crews. Achievement of your team KPI’s include scheduling + weekly production per painter, Satisfied customer average review ratings of 98%, and maintaining a gross profit that matches past years numbers.This is NOT a typical 9 to 5 job. You will be required to work most week nights (ie. 11am to 8pm) and 1 weekend day (ie. either a Sat or a Sun during our peak season of April to October. Flex hours to work 44-50 hours a week during our peak season.Flex Hours that can begin as early as 8am and go as late as 8pm with some weekend working hours during the busy season * Continuing education & training is part of the job.Job Experience Required:3+ years of successfully managed multiple crews, personal, and any experience in the home building or home improvement business is a big bonus.Experience using online scheduling systems for job assignments.Working in a demanding multi task, high pressure environment is a must.Decent computer skills since all of our jobs are being run through our CRM Infusionsoft and Google ApplicationsPass a criminal background checkJob Skills RequiredGreat communication & conflict resolution negotiating skills to manage multiple types of clients and trades both verbal and written.Strong motivation and leadership skills to ensure team achieves it’s KPI’s.Hands on lead by example leadership style.Committed to CANI (constant and never ending improvement)Team playerSalary & Compensation:$45 to 60K (depending on experience and skill)Can earn up to 10% bonus on your salary if company and personal KPI's are metUnlimited growth and education for the right individual with a company that has grown 800% over the last 6 years and ranked the 8th fastest growing construction company in Canada by Profit 500To apply please: * Fill out the online applicationProvide a resumeProvide a cover letter why you feel you are best suited for the positionHome Painters Toronto
