HI Partners is currently seeking a Fund Corporate Officer to join a reputable firm in Luxembourg. As a Fund Corporate Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our fund management activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in fund administration and a keen attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing day-to-day management activities related to these companies.Assisting with the onboarding of companies and establishing their corporate structures.Coordinating and managing board meetings, general meetings, and drafting various corporate legal documents, such as Annual General Meeting (AGM) documents, Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documents, Articles of Association (AoA), liquidation deeds, shareholders' agreements, and more.Communicating with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities.Preparing necessary bank documentation, including bank account opening forms, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and due diligence processes.Providing support in the creation and organization of the Luxembourg office.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law or very strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate lawMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fund administration industry.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge on Italian is a plus.Excellent proficiency in KYC (Know Your Customer)Strong understanding of fund structures and relevant regulatory requirements.Knowledge of Luxembourg fund laws and regulations.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.Human Innovation Partners
