Deep experience and capability with a genuine care about creating better lives for people along the way.Be part of the team that's up for the challenge of transforming lives for good.About the RoleThe Senior Cost Planner will ensure accurate cost plans / estimates of allocated projects are completed on time, in accordance with required technical standards to provide leadership in the preconstruction phase of the project.Responsibilities of the role includeCost plan / estimate project quantities and costs in preparation of major tenders on a timely and cost-effective basisEnsure alignment and relationships are maintained with all Regional Senior Cost Planners / EstimatorsMentor and develop skills of staff to ensure high standards of technical performance including trainingLead and coordinate benchmarking effortsExhibit outstanding leadership in health, safety, environmental and risk management, compliance and auditingWhat we are looking for;Tertiary or Trade Qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying and/or Project/Construction ManagementSignificant experience in construction cost planning, tendering or project deliveryMulti-disciplinary estimating experienceAdvanced financial management skillsAs part of the team, you can help us transform lives.Your success is reflected in ours, so we're committed to being an employer of choice.
