This position has a pivotal impact on the ongoing studio operations and the healthy experience we provide for our members every day. We are a growing company that has 3 locations in Boulder County and are looking for people to grow their careers with us.Sales Team Lead Responsibilities:Be the go-to for the team and members for daily studio sales and customer service operationsAnswer detailed member agreement and invoice questions (from members and other sales team members)Ensure the team is following procedures and best practicesLead team to achieve monthly sales and retention goalsMaintain and ensure compliance with the cleaning scheduleOrganize retail and maintain inventory order requestsOrganize team and member eventsPersonal Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities:Perform sales process tasks to establish a relationship with prospects, get them scheduled intro classes, and fit them with the best membershipComplete prospect and member communication tasks (via text/phone) and diligently track within POS database system (ClubReady)Create and maintain a welcoming, positive, and fun studio environmentProvide the highest level of hospitality and customer service to members, prospective clientsIndependently make decisions related to high-level customer serviceMaintain product knowledge for all promotions, memberships, pricing, etc.Establish relationships with prospects and members to meet individual needsPerform all operational studio duties: completing daily tasks, check-in members, register new clients, answer and returning all incoming calls and emailsPerform daily cleaning tasks and be accountable for the appearance of the studio and equipmentAbility to multi-task, be a problem solver, and come up with quick solutionsEnergetic, happy, people-personBe enthusiastic and passionate about Club PilatesRequirements:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredAbility to multi-task and follow a structured communication sales processExcellent computer skills and ability to learn the Club Ready point of sale software systemGoal-oriented with an ability to lead team to meet/exceed membership goalsCommunicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleaguesExcellent public speaking skills and comfort speaking in front of groupsContains self-initiative to jump in wherever is necessaryAvailability to work nights and weekendsAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayAbility to lift and move 10 lbsCompensation & Perks:$16 - $35/hr (total compensation)Monthly bonus opportunities based on performanceCommission paid on individual salesBest-in-class retirement savings with 1:1 company match up to 4%Free Unlimited Club Pilates membership to 3 Boulder County studiosHealth Insurance through United Healthcare for full-time team membersUnlimited opportunities for growth including additional sales & management careersPowered by JazzHRClub Pilates - Boulder
