Do you want to want to lead a team but still remain hands-on with the coding?

We are looking for aspiring team leads who are ready to make the transition from coding as a full time role to building a career within technical management.

We work in highly collaborative team of engineers, testers, UX designers and product owners.

Work-life balance is important to us, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role. We trust them to decide how and when they work, with a hybrid working approach and flexibility with hours, giving them plenty of time and space for life outside of work whilst delivering against our business goals.
