Job DescriptionGreenfield is proud to partner with our client, one of the most globally-known provider, in the recruitment of new talents for the Luxembourg office.The team is currently looking for hands-on candidates to strengthen the Corporate Services department.As a Corporate Officer, you will mainly assist the Senior Corporate Officer with all legal and corporate matters for client companies, from incorporation to dissolution. This includes assisting with transaction closures, document preparation, statutory record maintenance, and proper filing of client company documents in accordance with deadlines.THE MANDATE:Communicate with clients, advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions, and global offices.Organize and service periodic board meetings for client companies, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.Handle statutory duties such as filing reports, accounts, and other notifications.File legal and other documents, and maintain electronic databases.Liaise with stakeholders to ensure KYC requirements are completed and maintained.Undertake various ad hoc assignments as needed.THE PROFILE:Graduate in Business or Corporate Law.2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Private Equity/Real Estate asset class administration in a similar role.Willingness to further develop knowledge in company law.Highly organized, accurate, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of your client portfolio.Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.Client-focused, service-minded, and dynamic attitude.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
