As part of the esteemed Accor Group, you'll place people at the heart of everything you do and influence a culture of excellence.Job DescriptionAs Talent & Culture Executive, you'll partner with our leadership team to foster a positive workplace culture and provide crucial guidance on recruitment, training and development, and employee relations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our team members thrive, both operationally and corporately, through effective performance management and strategic support.You will collaborate with a portfolio team to identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes across five incredible Accor properties. Additionally, you'll assist with the recruitment process, from screening candidates to onboarding new team members, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
