RideNow Powersports is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, selling a wide range of powersports products.Responsibilities:Assist customers in selecting the right powersports products based on their needs and preferencesGuide customers through the sales process, including negotiating prices, securing financing, and coordinating deliveriesBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfactionStay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offeringsMeet or exceed sales targets and quotasProvide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyondRequirementsPrior sales experience is a mustKnowledge of powersports products and a passion for the industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environmentGoal-oriented and self-motivatedFamiliarity with financing options and the ability to assist customers in securing financingValid driver's license and clean driving recordAvailability to work Tuesday thru SaturdaysHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefitsWhat RumbleOn/Freedom Powersports Offers You:A fun, relaxed, and casual work environment with awesome people by your side working as a team to ensure the entire group's success!
