Our laboratories are UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and, where applicable the Environment Agency MCERTS Performance Standard for soils.Job DescriptionDuties:Establish strong client relationshipsManaging incoming queries via telephone and emailsImmediate liaison with contacts to resolve any issues relating to the delivery and collection of samplesMonitor and track the delivery and collection of samples, liaising with couriers to ensure compliance.Proactively contact clients if there are issues with courier performance, ensuring a resolution is found and communicated to the clientBuild a working relationship with the warehouse teamSupport the Customer Service Team and Account Management Team with administrative duties, client collection/container requests, monitoring internal job folders for reporting, updating databases, filingSupport the Customer Service Team with internal client queries, liaising between CSA and Sample Registration/Bid TeamLiaise with internal driver(s) and preferred couriers daily regarding client collection/delivery requirements ensuring delivery routes are optimisedEffective screening and announcing of all business calls and recorded messagesWelcoming visitors and ensuring correct signing in and out processes are followedAssist with refreshments/catering for business functions, as requiredCreating and issuing reports to clients, as requiredGeneral administrative and office duties, as requiredMonitoring and updating databases; Lims, eLIMS, OSMAssisting the CS Team when requiredResponsibilities:To support the Customer Service Team to achieve departmental targets and standardsQualificationsQualifications:NQF/QCF Qualifications – Level 2 (Examples: GCSE’s (A*-C) : NVQ level 2 : etc)Skills/ Experience:Previous Administration/Customer Service ExperienceExcellent Verbal & Written Communication SkillsMS Office – IntermediateGood Attention to DetailAbility to Work under PressureExperience of working in a target focused environmentAdditional InformationBenefitsAt Eurofins we are growing, innovating and always learning.
