We are delighted to share our exclusive assignment to recruit an Automic specialist.PosteThe focus of this role will be to assist the Application Support team with updating the existing Automic jobs to their optimum utilisation, handle Automic alerts and modify jobs to be reusable.As an Automic specialist, you will be responsible for the following activities:Providing software/business application support in a cross-functional delivery model (DevOps)Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvementsEnsuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applicationsCollaborating with software development engineers, testers, business analysts and internal/external users to improve application performanceManaging code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronised functionality − Establishing the root causes of application errors and initiate resolutionKeeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates/upgradesDocumenting configuration changes and processesProviding support to customers and colleagues in business departmentsProviding on-call support on a rotational basisProfilYou have a vocational training or diploma in Information Technology or a similar fieldYou have at least 3 years of experience in application support with Automic administrationyou are Proficient in troubleshootingYou have Knowledge and experience of SQL server and core banking systemA knowledge of the following is a plus:archiving (e.g. Documentum)workload automation (e.g. Automic)setup and monitoring production jobssecure data transfer (internal/external)coordination and deployment of new software releases in both User Acceptance Testing and production environmentsor more information please contact Amandine Chuard by phone on +352 661401827THE RECRUITER is a recruitment and executive search firm specializing in Information Technology, Finance, Para-Public Sector, Corporate Services, and Industry.
