Keep reading...The role’s primary responsibilities will encompass:Working together with the Paid Media Manager to implement RI's Paid media StrategyOffering support and advice to our markets on optimization strategies for Paid Search management and best practicesContributing to the strategy and planning for enhancing and maximizing the Global ROI of Paid mediaExecuting paid search conversion rate tests, collecting performance data, and utilising insights to drive optimisation activities in global marketsCreating and maintaining best practice documents and guides to share with marketsActively testing, evaluating, and maximising the efficiency of Google product betas and integrating successful ones into best practicesMaintaining strong relationships with markets, keeping them informed of campaign progress and successMonitoring, analysing, and providing detailed reports and recommendations on paid media performance for markets, including audits and ROI analysisInvestigating account and agency issues and identifying best-practice resolutionsSupporting Quality Score improvements across accountsSharing paid search insights with the SEO team and other digital channelsUsing organic search insights to inform paid search strategiesSetting up and managing accounts or campaigns as needed to drive acquisitionLeading the creation, development, and management of paid landing pages, collaborating with UX/CRO to test new features and implement proven features on the main websiteAssisting with expanding into other paid marketing channels, such as Paid Social, Local Service Ads, Display, and Video advertisingRequirementsWe would love for you to have...Google Ads SpecialistExperience 3+ yearsAdditional experience:Lookerstudio experienceBudget managementPreviously worked for an agency▪ Minimum 12 months experience in Google Ads Paid Search▪ Google Ads Certified▪ Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite, especially Excel/Sheets▪ Excellent English written and verbal communication skills▪ Google Ads Interface and Editor experience▪ Experience with analysis and reportingBenefitsCompetitive salaryHybrid working - working partly from home and partly from officeRentokil Initial Reward Scheme23 days' holiday, plus 8 bank holidaysEmployee Assistance ProgrammeDeath-in-Service BenefitFree parkingBonus SchemeHealthcarePensionEqual OpportunitiesAt Rentokil Initial, our customers and colleagues represent diverse backgrounds and experiences.
