You play a vital role in our work by proactively seeking out and resolving our clients' technical issues in their earliest stages. Each day, you spend your time upgrading existing networks, creating new networks, and tackling problems. This often requires you to design and implement new processes or security. You then update or create new documentation on the processes you create.A go-getter, you take pride in catching minor issues before they become major ones, and our clients appreciate your attentive eye. Computer engineering is your passion, which is why working as a Computer Network Systems Engineer is your dream!QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMPUTER NETWORK SYSTEMS ENGINEER5+ years of experience with customer support, active directory application support, disaster recovery, firewalls, documentation, local area networks (LAN), and wide area networks (WAN)Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016 - 365, Microsoft Teams, PowerShell, Sever 2008-2019, SSL, IPSEC VPN, TCP/IP, VLANs with tagging, and Windows XP, 7, 8, and 10Proficiency with or the ability to learn the following: Android, AWS, Cisco, DFS/DFSR, DUO MFA, Google G Suite, iOS, IP Phone Systems, Kaseya, Linux Servers, MacOS, Microsoft Azure, RD Gateway, scripting, SonicWALL, SQL, Unifi, and VMWareAbility to troubleshoot, remediate viruses, mitigate malware attacks, manage access points, and resolve other issuesResidence within 30 minutes of the officeThe following skills would be helpful but are not required: C/C++, HTML, JavaScript, Python, Visual Basic, and website maintenance.Are you a problem solver?
