You will partner closely with talented cross-functional teams, including Marketing Managers, Account Managers, Program Managers, and Product Managers, to help drive the growth and success of Dealer eProcess.This is an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment, more akin to a startup than a large corporation. If you thrive in ambiguity and are excited about the prospect of contributing to a customer-obsessed, innovative web-based product business, we'd love to talk.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvementDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide regular updates on the performance of Dealer eProcess and its productsCollaborate cross-functionally to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutionsConduct market research and competitive analyses to stay informed on industry trends and best practicesBuild financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-makingCommunicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling mannerContribute to strategic initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement and innovationWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Chicago, IL, USA | Phoenix, AZ, USA | Detroit, MI, USA | RemoteBASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of business or financial analysis experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience with Google AnalyticsExperience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insightsExperience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders2+ years of business analyst, data analyst, or similar role experience2+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experienceExperience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar toolsExperience in displaying complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and presenting findings in a clear and concise mannerProven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of business analyst, data analyst, or similar role experience4+ years of business or financial analysis experience4+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experienceGoogle Analytics CertifiedPrior experience in Web Development, Consumables, and/or Supply Chain Management industryProficient in a programming language (e.g., Python, SQL) for automation of data extraction, processing, and computationDealer eProcess is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $85,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dealer eProcess is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
