Our Client is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers and international distributors of ball & roller bearings, mechanical power transmission products and motion transfer linkages.Our Client is currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner Programmer to join their team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for Programming CNC turning machines to produce high-quality components.Responsibilities:– Program CNC turning machines to fabricate precision parts using FANUC Systems– Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine machining requirements– Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy of machined parts– Assemble components using various techniques including welding– Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve machining processes– Utilise CAD software for programming CNC machines– Perform tooling changes and adjustments as necessary– Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met– Implement logic controllers for automated machining processes– Handle materials effectively, ensuring proper handling and storage practicesSkills:– Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment common in CNC machining– Experience with milling operations and assembly techniques– Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately– Proficient in CAD software for programming CNC machines– Knowledge of tooling procedures for CNC turning operations– Welding skills for component assembly– Familiarity with logic controllers for automated processes– Competence in materials handling practices– Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations related to machining processesIf you are a skilled CNC Turner with a passion for precision engineering, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
