This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, ensuring a great work-life balance. While the role is based in Richmond or Geelong, some in-office time is required. Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.About the RoleThe Strategic Change Branch is responsible for supporting and delivering the agencies change outcomes that benefit participants and related stakeholders. The branch works to provide a view of the whole of agency change priorities and supports.The branch supports the Agency by deploying change management resources to drive implementation of priority initiatives for the agency. The branch designs change management activities to ensure effective implementation of prioritised initiatives based upon assessing the impacts of change on staff, participants, partners, providers and other stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in establishing a future state vision and stakeholder experience/journey aligned with that vision.Coordinate engagement with program and organisational leaders, supporting their alignment to the future state vision and change leadership capabilities.Provide guidance and coaching to team members, ensuring quality deliverables that meet the needs of service users.Support stakeholder management by identifying segments that reflect functional, behavioural, and attitudinal characteristics, advising on effective channels and levers for change.Develop, implement, evaluate, and communicate change management plans and schedules, proposing continuous improvement recommendations and tracking adoption, behaviour, and attitude changes to drive insights and improvement.RequirementsAustralian CitizenshipExperience in co-designInterested?
