The Core Project Unit is a management team overseeing all projects performed within PwC Luxembourg. The team aims to increase its capability to support business in their transformation (organizational, technologic, cultural).As our Project Management Officer, you will participate actively to the day-to-day operations of the Project Management Office of the firm and be a key actor of our risk and product assessment monitoring ecosystem.Be a part of our team where you will:Participate actively to the day-to-day operations of the PMO Team;Work as Risk Assessment coordinator to ensure the delivery of the risk assessments:Coordinate the full risk assessment process from the business request to the Risk management sign.Support and give awareness to the business with the full process and best practices.Reports to Risk Management and business (status and KPIs)Identify levers for continuous process improvement and implement them in conjunction with the PMO team, Risk Management, and the risk teams.Let’s talk about you. If you...Hold a university degree or similar;Have a background in project or process management, it will be a plus;Are fluent in English (B2/C1), French will be a plus;Have a good knowledge of MS Office;Are motivated, solution-oriented, and capable to adapt yourself in any situations;Are able to liaise and operate effectively with people at all levels;Are able to handle multiple and complex tasks with methodology, flexibility, and creativity;Are able to see the bigger picture on complex matters and adapt the communication accordingly....
