We offer market-leading products and services, supported by some of the world’s best systems and processes.The Credit Cards Crew has end-to-end responsibility for the Commonwealth Bank Credit Cards business. We consist of squads that look after the development of the credit card products, acquisition, the growth of our portfolio, our loyalty program and end-to-end process improvement.Do work that mattersAs the Senior Product Owner for Process Simplification, you will lead a cross-functional squad responsible for re-designing credit card processes, controls, reporting and macros as we progress the Cards Modernisation Program. Cards Modernisation is a multiyear initiative that looks to build a group wide capability leveraging cloud, rationalising multiple Card platforms, enabling personalisation, resilience and productivity. We are passionate about our customers and want to ensure they have the best technology at their fingertips.Leading the Process Simplification Squad, this role in pivotal to the successful delivery of the Cards Modernisation Program. You will report to the Stream Lead for Product & Process Simplification, who will support you with your performance and development. You will play a critical role in driving the process simplification roadmap across all card domains including, Credit, BNPL, Debit and Corporate to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key responsibilities will includeCards Modernisation Process Strategy: Design the strategic future state for cards processes. Work with business, project and technical teams to streamline current state processes as we prepare for platform migration activity.Process Optimisation & Enhancement: Leverage the opportunity of the Cards Modernisation Program to uplift or decommission manual processes, controls, reporting and macros.Operational SOPs and Collateral Simplification: Simplify and uplift standard operating procedures, communications, and collateral.Risk management: Responsible for proactively managing risks including performance of regular controls, robust product governance, identification of issues, escalation and swift resolution of issues including remediation.Compliance: Ensure that credit card products comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and assist with regulatory responses.We want to hear from you if you haveExperience in delivering strong outcomes in an Agile environment.Advanced communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
