Good People.An excellent opportunity has become available for a highly motivated individual to join our Retail Sales team as National Account Manager - Woolworths. This role is responsible for the implementation of the key strategies that set out to deliver sustainable, profitable growth for McCain across Woolworths Supermarkets and On Line accounts.This role can be based in either North Sydney, or Melbourne.About the RoleImplement an overall customer strategic plan in conjunction with the category and marketing teams that delivers our annual operating commitments.Manage trade investment at or below AOC targets that optimise return on investment within agreed parameters.Execute promotional programs to meet standards and investment parameters, optimising our return on investmentAlign internally on promotions, pricing and activation to ensure that there is consideration for the impact to other customers and total retail P&L.Build meaningful, bespoke Joint Business Plans that align Customer and McCain to a shared operating plan that provides a focus toward delivery of internal KPIs.Position McCain as a category partner of choice by collaborating with category development and marketing to leverage the insights, occasion-based growth drivers and market activation initiatives.About YouMinimum of 4-6 years commercial experience.Ideally Degree qualified in a relevant field i.e. Business / MarketingExperience in customer management to achieve specific business results – particularly within FMCG businesses.Solid communication/presentation and leadership skills.Proven ability to negotiate with key stakeholders – particularly at buyer level.Numerical and reporting accuracy.
