We are looking for a driven individual who is extremely organized and always willing to go the extra mile.As a Proposal Specialist you will provide comprehensive proposal management support and response coordination for questionnaires, through the deployment of industry and company standard methodologies, tools and processes. You will be an integral member of the Global Proposal Team, and will be responsible for managing the production of high quality and competitive responses, aligned with Dynatrace goals and standards.Responsibilities:Lead the proposal process and coordination of multiple customer responses (RFP, RFI, security/vendor questionnaires) simultaneously, to deliver high quality proposals within customer defined timeframes.Collaborate with Sales Teams to understand goals, objectives and requirements, facilitate Go/No-Go, strategy and review meetings, and create and implement a proposal plan.Execute on proposal plan by leading internal coordination, assigning tasks to applicable stakeholders and conducting follow up reviews to drive proposal to completion and ensure customer deadlines are metWork closely with internal stakeholders, using excellent project management skills, clear and concise communication, and efficient time management, to complete proposal response within timelinesComplete detailed review of response before approvals, to ensure customer requirements are met and final edit of all materials for overall professionalism (grammar, punctuation and consistency).Work closely with internal stakeholders within Responsive (proposal management system) to manage proposal process, execute proposal plan and track progress.Pursue and leverage feedback from internal teams to proactively improve internal process and gain efficienciesContribute to the content library and manage document repository, to support quick-turnaround of projectsProvide assistance on other projects as needed.QualificationsQualifications:Along with key soft skills, the successful Proposal Specialist will need following experience:Previous experience in a proposal or sales support role, ideally within a SaaS organizationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Energetic self-starter with proven project management skills.Ability to problem-solve and exercise judgement with minimal oversightExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a sense of urgency, while maintaining sharp attention to detail, ensuring customer deadlines are metTeam player with strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interface across all levels of the organisationA “customer first” attitude, with strong sense of ownership and follow-through.Ability to embrace change with a positive attitude and pivot as necessary.Superior writing and editing skills.Additional InformationWhy you will love working with our Dynatrace platformDynatrace provides a culture of excellence with competitive compensation packages that recognize and reward greatness.Dynatrace is a market share leader and has been a magic quadrant leader 13 times.Dynatrace invests more in R&D than some of our competitors’ total revenue, assuring market-leading customer value and quick adoption.Dynatrace is trusted by over half of Fortune’s Top 100.At Dynatrace, you will work with the largest of the Cloud players like AWS, Azure, VMware and Google Cloud.Dynatrace is fully automated from the start, providing the most advanced solution leveraging our AI machine learning technology.Dynatrace
