We employ more than 3,000 people across our London, Southampton, Cardiff and Manchester offices.About the role:We're looking for a Periodic Review Operations Manager to lead several of our new Periodic Review Teams. As a Periodic Review Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness and regulatory obligation of our Periodic Reviews are met; whilst delivering positive customer outcomes and experiences.Our Periodic Review Teams perform Risk reviews of our customer base on a risk rating basis. Ensuring we hold sufficient KYC (Know your Customer) and KYB (Know your Business) information and Investigating any potential nefarious activity. Taking action where Financial crime may be occurring or where a customer is operating their account outside of Terms and conditions.Forming a key part of the Periodic Review leadership team and working closely with the Team Leads, you can expect to manage 5 - 7 direct reports with a wider team of 50-80 and the potential to grow.Your responsibilities will include:Demonstrating strong people and operational leadership skills, inspiring others to prioritise Customer Outcomes.Positively influencing and contributing to the Team culture.Knowledge of Customer & Enhanced Due Diligence, ability to leverage this knowledge and drive improvement within DepartmentSupporting the build and delivery of the Departmental and Customer Operations strategyFinancial Crime & Risk typology awareness, acting as an escalation point for Periodic reviewsUnderstanding of the Business and Customer Onboarding journey and the part this plays within Periodic ReviewReporting MI accurately, analysing the root cause, and making recommendations and improvements.Ownership and accountability of Operations QC, QA and Outcome testing outcomes. Utilising this to enhance and improve results via initiatives and continuous improvement.Actively improving the Customer journey and Customer satisfaction.Ensuring Periodic reviews are completed within a timely manner and adhering to committed forecastProactively seeking solutions for potential issues.Successfully and sustainably scaling the Periodic Review function.Coordinating with key stakeholders and senior management.Identifying and managing risk whilst embedding a risk awareness culture throughout the operationShifts and working arrangements:This role will lead teams that work between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Sunday.Your role will be hybrid, with an expectation of office presence to support your teams a minimum of 2 to 3 days per week.
