Let our Talent team know if you need any adjustments throughout the process in whatever way works best for you.Job DescriptionThe DetailsBe the lead subject matter expert for External DEI and Social Impact advising CR Team and consumer focused departments (Marketing, Commercial, Tech etc) on best practice.Lead on the delivery of ASOS’s External DEI Strategy including:Representing external DEI under the ‘Fashion with Integrity’ Strategy (ASOS’s ESG Strategy)With the support of the CR Manager, manage DEI partnerships, projects and working groups to deliver against strategy commitmentsMonitor progress against strategy KPI’sWork in close collaboration with our internal DEI department to ensure alignment across DEI strategies, partnerships and terminologyCollaborate with Marketing department on approach to DEI consumer commsShape, champion and deliver the social impact work under the ASOS Foundation:Build out the ASOS Foundation partnership portfolio across our international business footprintDeliver ASOS Foundation flagship supplier fundraising eventsBuild and deliver a fundraising programme for the foundation, helping secure sustainable incomeLead on ASOS Foundation governance, compliance and finances including board administration and annual reporting.Collaborate with People team for education/employment/young talent programmesBuild collaborative relationships with ASOS Foundation board of trusteesSupport wider CR team with queries on partnership management and employee fundraising eventsFurther ResponsibilitiesLine manage the Corporate Responsibility Manager and Corporate Responsibility Apprentice and ensure their ongoing developmentDeveloping strong relationships across the business at all levels and sites, and be a champion of the ASOS FoundationHelp educate and train the business on corporate responsibility related mattersAssist on other strategic responsible business programmes and project management of ad-hoc initiatives and partnerships.Represent ASOS and Fashion with Integrity at external and internal eventsPartner with other CR Team members /FWI workstreams if requiredWork well with your team and continually develop your own expertise and understanding of DEI and Social ImpactQualificationsAbout YouAble to demonstrate the ASOS values – authentic, brave and creativeExperience in working with/managing corporate or private philanthropic foundationsPreviously planned and run large scale fundraising eventsConfident upskilling the business in DEIEngaging and friendly, able to partner and bring colleagues on board with new initiativesFlexible, able to change business plans as circumstances changeResilient - comfortable working on multiple projects within a fast paced, fast changing working environmentConfident liaising with senior leadershipStrong sense of ethics, a person with integrityAble to develop and manage a strategic planSkilled in project management and managing multiple prioritiesKnowledge of charity governance and financePreviously instigated and run successful employee engagement campaignsA confident presenterRecognises the diversity of the ASOS customer and ASOS employeeDemonstrates commitment and understanding of the aims and objectives of Fashion with Integrity and the ASOS FoundationDemonstrates a dedication to personal and team developmentAdditional InformationWhat’s in it for you?Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!)ASOS Develops (personal development opportunities across the business)Employee sample salesAccess to a huge range of LinkedIn learning materials25 days paid annual leave + an extra celebration day for a special momentDiscretionary bonus schemePrivate medical care schemeFlexible benefits allowance - which you can choose to take as extra cash, or use towards other benefitsAsos
