Anytime Fitness forms part of the Collective Wellness Group, the leader in fitness franchising in Australia.Our team is dynamic, fast paced and they inspire a healthier Australia in their roles every day!The role:Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will apply your fitness industry knowledge with your operational business savviness to support a portfolio of franchise Anytime Fitness businesses. This is a ‘boots on the ground’ role and accordingly, your relationship with franchisees will play a very important role in helping them to improve and strengthen their business and the Anytime Fitness brand.Day to day as a Performance Coach:Providing leadership and ongoing coaching/education to franchisees to support the growth of their businessesPerforming consultative business reviews with FranchiseesUnderstanding the fitness and financial functions of the franchisee businesses, including a strong delivery of budgeting and financial reportingDriving brand and operational standards region wideDelivering continuous process improvement initiatives to franchiseesConducting regular club visits and facilitating training around Australia to drive engagementWho you are:As well as your passion for fitness and strong drive to help a portfolio of businesses succeed, you will also have;Broad operational experience and exposure across various areas of businessA fine eye for analysis and identification of business improvement opportunities and potential solutionsConfident and skilled at presenting from small to large groupsA collaborative approach and enjoy communicating with a wide range of peopleStrong negotiation and conflict management skillsA background and/or experience in fitness or coaching would be very advantageousExperience with Franchising would be advantageousCurrent/valid driver’s licenseThe perks:We practice what we preach!
