Or cheaply.So, we’re building a new one.We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in London.The Wise Platform team works with financial institutions and major tech companies at a global level to offer Wise products and services directly to their customers through our . Solutions Engineers make it happen by working with partners to build integrations to our class-leading international finance products, while improving Wise Platform by increasing the capabilities of our public API. The team’s goals are to drive the growth of Wise through partnerships and integrations by creating a world class product set delivered through third parties.Job DescriptionAs part of this role, you willProvide technical consulting and product guidance to banks and partners integrating Wise, primarily post-saleSupport business development by aiding larger partners requiring novel featuresAssist partners in the implementation phase, defining technical solutions and documenting requirementsParticipate in feature definition, prioritisation, and long-term strategy planning with the Wise Platform teamEnsure partners deliver the best integration within their constraints for an excellent customer experienceCollaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers, making product and project decisionsWork on scaling Wise Platform into new regions, overcoming associated challengesImprove integration experience through documentation, APIs, SDKs, code samples, and reference implementationsCollaborate with the technical presales team to support the sales cycle and secure new partnershipsEnhance internal processes to handle multiple integrations in parallelDesign and develop new features for Wise services and expose them on the public API when neededTroubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues, supporting the API team with complex problemsThis role will give you the opportunity toChoose your own path to success - you’ll have the freedom to define the vision and responsibility for making it happen.Identify problems and unlock opportunities for Wise and partners through technology solutions.Inspire other teams internally and externally with your ideas, knowledge and self-starter attitude.Travel to work with our teams in Tallinn and London as well as visit our partners in EMEA.QualificationsWho you areYou come from a software development background with over 5 years of experience. You have successfully managed both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver multiple concurrent technical projects. Additionally, you possess a strong background in solutions engineering.You understand the value of balancing customer centric thinking with technical know-how, and can bridge the gap between business and technical experts.You put the customer above technology, while finding ways to leverage technology to improve the customer experience.You are personable and you are good at stakeholder management.
