Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Receive orders and take customer requests in a timely manner, including but not limited to serving as a Barista or Cocktail Attendant/Bar Attendant when required.Respond with urgency to guests’ requests ensuring that their needs are met and using your service skills anticipating their need to ensure a delightful experience in our Hotel.Use your initiative to solve guests problem’s, take ownership for the guests’ journey, resolve any customer complaints and surprise and delight our guests.Provide information on menu and menu items, deliver food and beverages to rooms and diners, clear tables and keep your service area clean, tidy, and well prepared.Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts and answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful mannerDeliver exceptional Service to our Guests – providing hotel and local knowledge, anecdotes, stories, information and creating personal connections with our guests.Support Social distancing throughout the public areas of the Hotel working to keep our guests and team members safe and comfortable.What we are looking for?A Food & Beverage Attendant serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members to deliver on our Brand and Guest Promise.To be successful in this role you will also have demonstrate the following:A genuine flair for customer service – and ability to create connections with people from all walks of life.Previous experience working within the hotels or hospitality and skilled Barista or Cocktail Attendant and good food and wine knowledge.Excellent personal presentation and well-groomed to meet the standards of a luxury hotel.Strong communication skills and energetic and enthusiastic and able to learn new skills quickly.An eye for detail – you know when something does not look or feel right and take ownership to delight our guests.Flexible and reliable and must be available to work a variety of shifts typical of hospitality.A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (QLD) & cash handling experienceWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?Our team are responsible for living up to our brand promise of ‘ensuring that every guest feels cared for, valued and respected,’ we achieve this by ensuring our Blue Energy culture is alive in each of our hotels.
