Job DescriptionCustomer Engagement Manager – France + EUAs one of the major European players in adhesive solutions for windows, walls and furniture, Solar Screen proudly deserves an international network of more than 4000 professional installers for more than 40 years. Solar Screen has elevated excellent service, product expertise and innovation to its DNA to support yearly double-digit growth over the last 6 years. Today, we are looking for a dynamic Customer Engagement Manager.Your MissionReporting to the Head of Business Development, you will join dedicated team specializing in the sales and training of Cover Styl products, dedicated to renovation companies and craftsmen. With a first success in France, we aim to expand our impact in the European market.Our customer conversion approach can be summarized in 2 steps :Convincing qualified leads to attend the trainingProviding those B2B leads a great theoretical training experience and guide them through their first months as a Cover Styl customer.Your mission will focus only on the second stepYour main responsibilities will be the following:Training (~20-30% of your time)Deliver training sessions (theory only) to your audience in our premises (practical trainings is provided by experts staff) (from 4 to 8 hours/week)Manage and develop relationships during the training to build a strong connection with the training attendeesSales (~60-70% of your time)Convince your training attendees to engage with Cover Styl’ after the training by using it in their professional projects though phoning (no visit to customers).Bring a maximum of companies to a certain level of Sales. When threshold is reach, the customer will be transferred to our Account Management Team.Strategy (10-20%)Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training courses and servicesAnalyze performance using key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly including the tools and services needed to facilitate customer engagement and loyalty.Implement strategies to boost upselling additional servicesCollaborate with the Business Development, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer journeyYou'll be motivated by a high commission rate on initial sales to your customers.Your ProfileFluency in French and at least 1 of the following languages: German, English, Italian & SpanishExcellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindsetStrong selling skills, able to effectively identify objections and boost customer salesEntrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving initiatives and autonomySolid analytical skillsHigher education in business, marketing, or relevant field.Results driven and team player, you are recognized for your determination and resilienceWhat we offer:A dynamic and impactful role within a growing company.Opportunities for professional and personal development.Competitive salary package and performance-related benefits.Jobs.lu
