Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: Permanent, Full TimRole Location: Docklands, VICWe ask that you please submit a cover letter with your application.What will your day look like?Supporting the Social Impact Manager by managing all operational aspects of our social impact programs: Saver Plus, MoneyMinded and MoneyBusiness. This includes facilitating the MoneyMinded/MoneyBusiness Trainer and Coach accreditation process, organising capacity building sessions, meeting merchandising requirements, responding to community partner and participant enquiries managing the MoneyMinded Inbox and the operation of the MoneyMinded hub.Completing the annual reporting of program participant reach for Saver Plus, MoneyMinded and MoneyBusiness.Leading ANZ's community investment reporting.Issuing the quarterly MoneyMinded newsletter and communications with the Coach network.Supporting operational requirements of social impact programs being delivered in Asia Pacific and New Zealand as needed.Liaison lead with the B4SI relationship.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to guide others through complex processes.Organised, able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.Attention to detail and able to problem solve.Event management, experience organising conferences and training.Contract and vendor performance management.Experience using databases in the context of program delivery, training, and reporting.Creative, able to identify opportunities to improve processes.Some additional 'nice to have' skills for this role include: Some additional 'nice to have' skills for this role include:Experience working with stakeholders from Government and community sectors.Understanding of social impact/ESG landscape in Australia and internationallyDemonstrated relationship building skills, coupled with the ability to influence for desired outcomes.Proactive and creative thinker, able to generate ideas to respond to emerging trends and identify opportunities for collaboration.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
