DESCRIPTIONCreating tools and dive deeps in cooperation with operational,and technical teams across the organization to identify opportunities, develop sound business cases and drive measurements of actions to continuously improve on the inputs and ultimately the outputs of the business.Working with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business.Working with business intelligence tools, accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and partnering with the business to identify strategic opportunities and deliver resultsUnderstand the various operations across OTSDesign and develop highly available dashboards and metrics using SQL and Excel/QuicksightUnderstand the requirements of stakeholders and map them with the data sources/data warehouseOwn the delivery and backup of periodic metrics, dashboards to the leadership teamDraw inferences and conclusions, and create dashboards and visualizations of processed data, identify trends, anomaliesExecute high priority (i.e. cross functional, high impact) projects to improve operations performance with the help of program managersPerform business analysis and data queries using appropriate toolsWork closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus areaExecute analytical projects and understanding of analytical methods (like ANOVA, Distribution theory, regression, forecasting, Machine Learning Techniques, etc.)About the teamDelivery Central Service - Global Transformation team aims to spearhead comprehensive organizational transformation by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
