Title: Disaster Recovery Project CoordinatorLocation: Halifax, NS (Remote)Description:POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : * Candidate should have good communication skills and documentation experienceMeet with application stakeholders and provide guidance on DR Plan development.Ensure DR Plan completion according to timeline.Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to address any gaps.Ability to communicate with a wide range of audience both technical and non-technical.Provide support to Plan Owner, Plan Coordinator as it pertains to Disaster Recovery.Lead Disaster Recovery Exercises to ensure recovery of critical services for all affected sites.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 services and a strong background in IT administration.Responsibilities and Duties:Administer and support the company's Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune and Microsoft Teams.Manage user accounts, licenses, and access rights using Azure Active Directory.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable access to Office 365 services.Collaborate with IT security to implement and maintain security policies and procedures.Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports for management.Experience with creating, managing and troubleshooting Intune configurations and conditional access policies.Provide end-user training and support as needed.Stay current with Microsoft updates and new features, and recommend enhancements to improve productivity and collaboration.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services and related technologies.Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Microsoft certifications related to Office 365 are highly desirable.VDart Inc
