Job DescriptionWithin a dynamic team, you report to the Manager Legal, Legal Product and Company Secretary.Your main activitiesYou provide legal and tax support to the various services on the French and Belgium markets within the framework of the life insurance activity of the Company under the Freedom to Provide Services. You will be the reference contact on these two markets for all legal, regulatory and tax matters.You participate in the development and updating of multi-support products on the French and Belgium markets (incidentally in other markets, as required), and of standard legal documents of the Company.You ensure the legal watch mainly on the French and Belgium market and, as necessary, on the other core markets of Allianz. You disseminate relevant information to the various departments of the Company and coordinate the implementation of legislative changes in the area of your competence.You participate in the Company‘s transversal projects, as business owner or stakeholder, such as digitalization, outsourcing, ESG initiatives, regulatory projects, etc.You negotiate, establish and maintain the agreements binding the Company in its development.You are the point of contact for lawyers, supervisory authorities and tax representatives and participate in the working groups of the Allianz Group or at ACA level in the area of your competence.You deal with Company‘s corporate affairs, claims and litigations.Your profileLaw degree (BAC + 4/5)At least 6 years‘ experience in the field of life insurance, any experience in data protection is an asset.Analytical and synthesis skills, proactive, a team playerExcellent communication skillsFlexible and adaptableFull-time jobYou have all the required qualities of integrityYou are proficient in French and English.A good knowledge of other languages (Italian or German) is a serious asset.Jobs.lu
