We get it done, together.What you'll doAs a Category Specialist for Property Services, you will be part of the Property Management Team that is responsible for defining the procurement strategy related to the Radio Based Station (“RBS”) Leases category and driving its execution. These will include, but not be limited to: analyzing industry trends and ambitious landscapes and developing the category strategy accordingly, identifying key projects and tactics to deliver value across Vodafone's organization, management of Lease, and Cost Optimization live projects, negotiation, and processing Multi-frame agreements with Global Suppliers; overseeing and extending the implementation of Lease Rent Reduction Programs; supporting the strategic agenda toward Tower Companies and Sharing Agreements with MNOs. You will:Be part of a category with a key role within Vodafone Group's footprint, currently managing a significant portion of spend.Stay on top of the industry, driving Vodafone's strategy in a fast-changing category, continuously evolving to bring the future of network capabilities to our customers.Drive the commercial deployment of RBS-related initiatives by supporting their execution and implementation in multiple countries.Evaluate and negotiate complex pricing models and contracts, ensuring the delivery of savings and other benefits to the business.Support the category strategy toward Tower Companies, other MNOs, and institutional Vendors.Build and maintain a very strong partnership with Vodafone's stakeholders at the Group and local market levels and ensure continuous alignment with the category strategy.Support and coordinate high-visibility projects with global reach and business impact across the whole Vodafone organization.Optimise supplier performance through strong commercial management, ensuring business value is delivered and competitive advantage is maintained.Report to the Property Management Services Principal and act as a primary point of contact for the appointed global and specialist vendors as well as the various global and local business functions including Property, Finance Operations, Technology, and Supply Chain.Take part in cross-category and/or cross-company projects.Who you areProcurement Knowledge: Experience working within procurement either at the global or local level.Results-oriented: Track record of delivering against formidable targets and successful teamwork with virtual teams in a cross-cultural environment.Communication Skills: Well-developed written and verbal communication.Reasoning Skills: Proven data review capabilities (high proficiency in Excel).Stakeholder Management: Effective engagement with key stakeholders and ability to communicate. Effective influencing and persuasion skills with both external and internal stakeholders.Proactiveness: Customer-obsessed, innovation-hungry approach and embody behaviors of Speed, Simplicity, and Trust.Languages: Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English, and additional knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or German would be an advantage.Education: A higher or a technical degree would be valuable.Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
