The Facilities Management Division oversees the upkeep and enhancement of UOW's campuses, supporting a conducive environment for learning, teaching, and research. The Data Insights and Analytics Unit provides essential services in data visualisation, interpretation, and advanced analytics across the university community.The Data Insights and Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing reporting and operational efficiencies at UOW, focusing initially on advancing sustainability performance and facilitating external climate-related disclosures. This position works collaboratively between the Facilities Management Division and the Data and Analytics Division, ensuring alignment of data-driven solutions with organisational operational objectives.You will have a demonstrated analytical acumen with a keen eye for detail and accuracy as you align operational data with achieving strategic project milestones, translating complex business requirements into actionable analytics solutions, and maintaining high standards of data consistency and integrity across enterprise systems. You will play a fundamental role in creating and managing reports, data visualisations, and underlying data structures using modern technologies to automate insights and deliver advanced analytics.Stakeholder engagement is essential, and project management skills are crucial as you establish strong partnerships to effectively capture, understand, and document reporting needs across various divisions and departments.
