Service charge varies depending on bookings. last year, our Food and Beverage Staff earned up to £750 per month in service charge during the peak summer months!

During the warmer months, THE PIG at Harlyn Bay becomes extremely popular. Both our indoor restaurant and outdoor dining service ‘The Lobster Shed’ welcome’s hotel guests, pre-booked reservations, and walk-ins. Our hotel sleeps at full capacity, providing our teams with a buzzy, atmospheric place of work all day, every day.
If you really like us that much, upon successful completion of the season, you will have the opportunity to discuss a future with THE PIG. Whether it’s a permanent role, for future peak seasons or as part of one of our new hotels opening teams, we will be more than happy to explore the options.
Experience for our Bar & Restaurant Staff roles is not essential. Some experience in a similar role, environment or previous exposure to customer service is beneficial. Full training will be provided.
