This position will support several clinic providers specializing in internal medicine and primary care.WORK SCHEDULE90% FTE / 36 hours per weekMust be available Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pmOur clinic is closed on nights, weekends, and holidaysDEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONOur OB/GYN and Primary Care Clinics provides primary care and specialized care for a wide breath of gynecology & obstetrics needs. We provide routine and complex family planning, treatment for dysplasia and HPV, gynecologic surgery consultations, and gynecology services for both pediatric and adolescent patients. This is a great opportunity to join a team that always puts their patients first.PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with our internal medicine patients to provide consultative careAnswer patient calls and eCare messagesFollow up on medical records and test resultsManage prescriptions and referralsProvide nursing advice in person, via phone, and via telehealthHandle phone triage on a daily basis on our ob/gyn phone lineREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS2 years of recent experience in medical-surgical, internal medicine, or ob/gyn nursingActive licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington StateActive BLS CertificationABOUT UW MEDICAL CENTER-MONTLAKEUW Medical Center is an acute care academic medical center located in Seattle with two campuses: Montlake and Northwest.
