All these experts share a passion for digital technology, a spirit of openness and innovation, and a desire to simplify, connect and make their customers' personal and professional activities ever more secure.Proximus Luxembourg is actively contributing to the acceleration of Luxembourg's digitalisation and its economic influence through the development of connectivity, resilient infrastructures and 5G, as well as innovative technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and IoT.Proximus Luxembourg is a subsidiary of the Proximus group (Euronext Brussels: PROX), provider of digital services and communication solutions operating in the Belgian and international markets.Job Content :Your main responsibilities:As a Sales Contract Account Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:Manage Framework Contract (Governance, strategy, partnership, process)Develop business with existing and potential new EUISell the full range of IT products and services in relation with the scope of the Framework Contract (Storage/backup/Cloud)Support and improve the processes in relation with the business needsDevelop and maintain customer/supplier relationshipsWork collaboratively with back office, pre-sales, delivery TeamCreate and maintain a rolling multi-year IT/business strategy planGenerate new business in relation with the EUI needsAttend face to face meetingsPrepare regular pipeline updates internal/externalProfile :You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an IT environmentA proven experience of the Framework contract managementFluent in French and EnglishYou have good technical knowledge in IT Infrastructure (Storage/Backup/Cloud)Strong background in account management and business developmentStrong communication skillsExcellent negotiating and presentation skillsAmbitious, Agile oriented, proactive, organized and enthusiasticResult and customer satisfaction orientatedOur Offer :A professional and stimulating work environment in the IT & telecom sector.
